When registering a Soverin account (or at a later stage) you can migrate your old email into your Soverin account.
On the dashboard you can find the function ’ Import ’. Enter the information of your old mailbox and we will start moveing your email! If you need help, feel free to contact us via hello@soverin.net.
Oh, and don’t forget to turn on your ‘out of office’ message on your old email account saying you switched from ‘free’ to ‘freedom’!

Additional mailboxes: You can share your storage and buy additional mailboxes on your own domain for only 6 Euro’s a pop. These additional mailboxes get the same features, options and support you are used from us. You can buy additional mailboxes in the domain section on your dashboard.
Running out of storage space? No worries we’ve got you covered. You can buy additional storage space in chunks of 25 gigabytes for 23 Euro per year. Buying additional storage space can be done on your dashboard.

In the context of electronic messaging, "spam" means unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. We have a zero-tolerance policy. If spam being send from any mailbox, we send out an official notification and warning and we will limit your mailbox to send emails to maximum 50 recipients at the same time. If mailing behavior is normalized, the limit will be removed after 3 months. If spam does happen again, we will limit the number of emails that can be send per week. If spam continues, ultimately we will block and delete the account immediately without any warning on user’s own liability.
